Guest Speaker:

Tim has spent his entire career in the venting industry. He began as an applications engineer designing draft control systems for boilers, water heaters, and dryer exhausts across North America. In 2007, he co-founded a company that delivered web-based chimney design calculators to major manufacturers. Since 2012, his firm, RM Manifold Group, Inc., has produced commercial and industrial draft control devices, and today advances active smoke control and PurgeSafe™ — LF Systems’ next-generation A2L refrigerant leak ventilation for code-compliant shaft safety in modern, low-GWP buildings. He developed the first multi-family high-rise exhaust system that reads above and below the neutral pressure plane. Tim holds a BSME from the University of Kansas and several patents in the field.
